1. Introduction
Welcome to Diaspora Pharma ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our platform you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
Diaspora Pharma provides an online platform enabling customers in the diaspora to order pharmaceutical products for delivery to recipients in Kenya. We are a licensed pharmacy service. All medicines are sourced from licensed suppliers and dispensed by qualified pharmacists.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and place orders. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Prescription Medicines
Prescription-only medicines (Rx) require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. By submitting a prescription you confirm it is genuine and issued by a qualified medical professional. Diaspora Pharma reserves the right to verify prescriptions before dispensing.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Kenya only. Delivery is carried out by third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are 24–72 working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm EAT, excluding public holidays). These are estimates, not guarantees. Diaspora Pharma is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Payments
All payments are processed via Paystack. Prices are displayed in KES with foreign currency conversions for your convenience. The final charge will be in the currency you select at checkout. Diaspora Pharma does not store your card details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are not accepted once medicines have been dispensed. Refunds may be considered only in cases of non-delivery, incorrect items, or damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a refund review.
8. Membership
Premium membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated. Membership benefits apply from the date of activation and expire 12 months thereafter.
9. Subscriptions
Refill subscriptions are processed automatically on the agreed cycle. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us before the next scheduled delivery date.
10. Liability
Diaspora Pharma is not liable for adverse reactions, misuse of medicines, or outcomes arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. All medicines should be used as directed by a healthcare professional.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
